Become an Istructor

Our organization is always looking for motivated individuals who wish to take this journey with us possibly with long term commitment.

We select instructors with the following requirements:

Only FIV Certification.

Minimum 3 years experience.

Open mindedness and desire to get involved.

Affinity for teenagers.

Determination.

Willing to work.

Availability from June 1st to September 15th,
     for FH Academy school.

From September 1st to October 15th,
     for Flyin Hearts Onlus.

Required languages: Italian and English.

Outstanding dynamism and professionalism.

It is required total autonomy in the organization of courses and equipment as well. The instructor will have to manage the lessons coordinated by a Head Instructor. Each day lessons will be planned with customers. Maximum flexibility is required during absence of wind.

The remuneration is part fixed and part commission based on the hours of the courses carried out.

The environment is dynamic, fun and friendly..
